What is the SACE?

The South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) is the senior secondary qualification in South Australia, managed by the SACE Board. It is completed in two stages, Stage 1 (usually Year 11) and Stage 2 (usually Year 12), and Stage 2 results are used to calculate a student's ATAR for university entry.

Which SACE subjects do your tutors cover?

How are Stage 2 SACE subjects assessed?

Stage 2 subjects combine school assessment, marked by teachers during the year, with an external assessment such as an exam or investigation. Because school assessment makes up the larger share of most subjects, steady performance across Year 12 matters as much as the final exam. A tutor helps students plan assessment tasks, improve drafts within the rules and prepare for external assessments.

Can a tutor help with the SACE Research Project?

Yes. The Research Project is a compulsory SACE subject in which students research a question of their choice and present their findings.
